Hello! You need any help with reporting? What exactly are you looking for?

When to report a user/post?1. When it is something negative towards ENHYPEN or any of the members. This includes: hateful, disrespectful, malicious or sexualizing posts as well as posts that romanticly or sexually ship ENHYPEN2. Posts that contain sensitive, private or leaked information about ENHYPEN or any of the members3. Posts that can damage ENHYPEN's reputation such as rumors.We report posts from the following platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. Is there a post from a platform other than the ones mentiond above? We might not be familiar with it but we will try to find out if its possible to take it down!

How to report something to us?
The only way to report something to us is by sending us a dm. Please make sure to send us the following information about the report:
1) username link
2) post link
3) screenshots! This one is really important since people delete posts regularly. We need proof of what the user did otherwise we can't report them.
4) explanation/ context of what the user did/said.When we post a report make sure to participate in reporting and rting! Report the post via the steps we provide.Note: 1. Our team mostly operates in European time zones
2. We will respond or react to your dm as fast as we can. It might take some time so please bare with us.
3. Please keep in mind that some reports might not be quilified to be reported for various reasons. In cases like that we will privately report it.
4. Any sugestions are always welcome, we will try to review your suggestion so we can grow as a team.
5. please refrain from sending us any hateful remarks. Everyone in our team is doing the best they can.
6. Please make sure to be respectful in our DMs. Anyone that harasses us in our DMs will be blocked without warning!

post contains harassment? report under: abuse/harassment --> targeted harassment or violent speech --> wish of harm
post contains nsfw content? report under: Sensitive or disturbing media --> Adult Nudity & Sexual Behavior
post contains false information? report under: Privacy --> Sharing a photo/video of me that I do not want on the platformHow to mass email
When issues containing ENHYPEN need the assistance of the company the most effective way to let them know is by mass emailing. To mass email follow the following template:1. contact: [email protected]

We would like to address this in case it causes any confusion or accusations in the future;
One of our main admins was a former admin at enhasupport for over a year and came up with a lot of ideas on enhasupport. This includes the nsfw thread, blockchain spreadsheet and the carrd as well as lots of operating procedures. They ran enhasupport alone for a long time.
Due to lack of help from other admins they left enhasupport. So will explain parallels between the 2 accounts you might possibly encounter in the future.For privacy reasons we will refrain from releasing on specific details on their departure from enhasupport.With that being said;. growing into a reliable, steady and approachable protection team, Is our main goal. We have lots and lots of new ideas that we are planning on doing.
